To Inflate
1. Unroll & Release valve.
2. Leave for 15 mins to allow to expand
3. Blow into valve to top up until mat is inflated to height. Close the valve. Do not use mechanical pump.
4. Leave the mat to rest for 24hrs,.
After following the above you should find your mat will self-inflate quickly and more efficiently; the thicker the mat, the longer it will take to self-inflate Please note: To achieve maximum thickness, you will always need to top-up extra air by blowing into the valve.
Deflation
1. Open valve.
2. Roll towards valve to release excess air.
3. Close valve to stop re-inflation.
4. Clip Buckles
