Alphabet & number icing stencils
To stencil with icing sugar or edible dust; simply hold your stencil over a naked, or iced
cupcake and generously sprinkle; covering the whole design evenly
For a more defined pattern use royal icing by laying the stencil flat onto a sheet of
fondant icing. Use a spatula to liberally apply the royal icing over the stencil.
Remove any excess icing and carefully lift the stencil away. Use Tala fondant tools to
touch up the design definition.
Finally, if not applied directly onto the cake, use a plain 8cm cutter to trim around your
design and once dry lift onto your cupcake
